PARTICLE representatives, Dr. Marco Manso and Colonel Fernando Freire, attended the formal opening of the academic year 2023-24 at the Military Academy, which took place on November 23rd 2023.
Presided by the Chief of Staff of the Portuguese Army, General Eduardo Mendes Ferrão, the event included the award of AFCEA Portugal to the best student finalist, Lieutenant Ricardo Manuel Gonçalves Moura. PARTICLE joined AFCEA Portugal in this initiative, and Colonel Fernando Freire, together with Admiral Mário Simões Marques, President of AFCEA Portugal, presented the award and expressed their best wishes to the student’s military career.
